The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64239 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st, Class, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019.
