09-05-2018 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in C.R. Case No. 1671 of 2012/T.R. No. 2103 of 2017 registered for offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. On perusal of the complaint petition, it appears that virtually the complaint petition was filed for recovery of money on the allegation of violation of terms and conditions of the contract.

Considering the nature of accusation, the Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27932 of 2018(2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Nand Kumar Jha be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Darbhanga in connection with C.R. Case No. 1671 of 2012/T.R. No. 2103 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
