2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one stolen vehicle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 429 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Bodhgaya, Gaya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
