For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding to the respondents authority to make available the Answer Sheet, Question Paper and Model Answer Sheet to the Petitioner of the mains Competitive Examination of Bihar Police SubOrdinate Service Commission Held on 22.07.18. (ii). For direction to the respondents authority to declare the Petitioner as successful candidate for Sub- Inspector of Police in terms of the Adv. No.- 01/2017, Published by the Bihar Police Sub Ordinate Service Commission."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
