2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office within one week from today.
3. So far as the prayer of the petitioner for arrest of accused persons in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024 is concerned, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Supaul with a representation. If the Superintendent of Police, Supaul finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he will act in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
