2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 209/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 109, 352, 351(2), 308(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, some accused persons (including the petitioner) are said to have assaulted the prosecution side and Abdul Mannan is said to be the main accused of the said case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioner. Learned

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 209 of 2025.
