JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 35526 of 2019, by which, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail on the condition that he has to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as she was pregnant, she could not appear within the time specified in the order dated 09.08.2019 and immediately after the delivery, this application has been filed before this Court on 24.09.2019 for modification of the order.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, this application is allowed. Further four weeks time is granted to surrender the petitioner before the court below
