The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 427, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. There is free fight in between the parties. Petitioners have used different weapons and caused injuries. There is direct allegation against them.

Petitioner no.3, namely, Md. Imran alias Md. Ibrar Ansari alias Md. Ibran Ansari is minor which is apparent from admit card issued by the Bihar School Examination Board.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26724 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner no.3, namely, Md. Imran alias Md. Ibrar Ansari alias Md. Ibran Ansari, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.64 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is made clear that if the petitioners will not cooperate during course of investigation and join for interrogation the police will be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail.

With respect to petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4, namely, Ramjee Yadav, Jitendra Yadav and Md. Noor Hassan Ansari, this Court is not inclined to enlarge them on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
