Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the Circle Officer to measure the land appertaining to Khata No. 606, Khesra No. 1361 (old), 498 (new), area 8 decimal at MauzaMohiuddin Nagar, District- Samastipur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a representation before the Circle Officer dated 13-2023 (Annexure-5) for the relief claimed for in the instant writ application. It is next submitted that till date the Circle Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16540 of 2024(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 Mohiuddin Nagar has not acted upon his representation dated 1-32023. 4.

The learned AC to GA-8 submits that the writ application be disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Mohiuddin Nagar, to act on the representation dated 1-3-2023 filed by the petitioner, if the same is in accordance with law. 5.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Mohiuddin Nagar, District- Samastipur, to dispose of the representation dated 1-3-2023 (Annexure-5) in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the instant order.
