The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant was engaged in irrigating the field situated behind her house. At that time, her brother-in-law, Bishundeo Chaurasia (petitioner no.1), his wife, Phool Kumar and daughter, Kajal Kumari (petitiner no. 2) came

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64142 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 there and started to cause assault. In the meantime, petitioner no. 1 laid down her on the ground and pressed her breast and also tor her clothes. When the daughter of the informant rushed there then she was also assaulted by them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the own Gotia of the informant and due to land dispute, occurrence took place, in which, petitioners' side also sustained injury, regarding which, Baligaon P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 is instituted on the basis of Fradbeyan of petitioner no.1. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M.-16, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
