This writ application has been preferred against the order dated 09.02.2017 passed in Confiscation Case No. 28 of 2016 by the Collector, Gaya contained in Annexure-4 whereby the Collector has confiscated the vehicle bearing registration no. BR02AC-2635 which was seized in connection with Excise Case No. 169 of 2016 for alleged violation of the Bihar Excise Laws.
