The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of his confessional statement and except confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner, which is evident from the impugned order.
