However, learned APP for the State is present. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 28.02.2017 in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017, F.I.R. dated 28.01.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,324,325,307,504,302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Despite repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner today. On 18.04.2023 and 19.04.2023 also none had represented the petitioner when the case was called. In view of the above, this application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
