In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No.4 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners and other co-accused persons that they used to commit fraud with the people by giving wrong call and information and on raid the accused persons namely, Santosh Kumar, Shambhu Prasad and Balan Prasad, were arrested on the spot and others fled away. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not
