2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 170 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier vide detailed order dated 31.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39499 of 2024, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

4. Learned counsel submits that the charges have already been framed by the learned Court below on 10.09.2024 itself and in view of the liberty granted by this Court as also the fact that the petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody since 04.01.2024 without any fault, he may be released on bail.

5. Considering the whole conspectus of the case and the submissions aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 170 of 2021.

6. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the informant will be examined by the learned Court below.
