Having considered the averments made in modification application and also the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this modification is disposed of with direction to the concerned court below to notice both the parties and fix a date, on which date both the parties shall appear before the court below and the court below shall try to mediate between the parties and after considering their approach and conduct, shall decide as to whether the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be confirmed or not.
