JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Halsi P. S. Case No. 49 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R. petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and there is specific allegation against one other accused that he fired, causing injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The dispute arose with respect to singing of the local song and allegation of firing is against other accused person. Now both the parties have also compromised the matter. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64922 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 for anticipatory bail on the ground that there is also allegation against petitioner no.1 is of assault by rod. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.
