The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017 dated 22.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant when he was dashed on the ground by another accused person viz. Anirudh Mistry. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during course of investigation, it could not be ascertained as to what was the nature of injury suffered by the husband of the informant. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only because of his not good being in the books of the informant who is his covillager and with whom he has some litigation. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
