JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-11-2017 Learned counsel for the Vigilance undertook to furnish the copy of the documents having detailed under supplementary petition dated 20.06.2015, within a fortnight to the appellant before the lower Court as those documents are to be relied upon by the prosecution during trial. Considering the undertaking having furnished at the end of the learned counsel for the Vigilance, this petition is disposed of with a condition that in case these documents are being not furnished to the appellant within fortnight, then in that event, State will have to pay Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) as cost whereunder on account of non-supply the relevant documents, the parties are forced to move pillar to post for redressal of their grievances.
