JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Section 25(I-A)(I-B), a of the Arms Act.

Earlier the petitioner was police bail in this case and he surrendered and moved for regular bail which was not accepted by the Court below and again he filed application for anticipatory bail before this Court.

I fail to understand as to how he has come for anticipatory bail. If the petitioner was aggrieved by the order of the learned Court below, he would have moved for regular bail, but, not for anticipatory bail.
