JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In the present writ application, the grievance of the petitioners is denial of their salary, while they were working on the post of Block Teacher at different primary schools in BlockAdhaura, District-Kaimur at Bhabua. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that the petitioners are regularly working, after their valid appointment, as Block Teacher in different primary schools in Block-Adhaura, District - Kaimur at Bhabua, but their salaries are not being paid. He further submits that in C.W.J.C. No. 20740 of 2019, in similar nature, the direction was given to the respondents to ensure payment of salary. In the present writ application, it is not detailed whether the petitioners have raised their grievance about non-payment of their salaries to the Block Education Officer, Ahaura, who is the competent authority.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their representation before Block

The Block Education Officer, Adhaura shall consider the grievance of the petitioners within four weeks, thereafter, and pass reasoned order in accordance with law.
