Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Compromise Petition enclosed as Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
