JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bochahan P. S. Case No. 235 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 447, 504, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioners are said to have assaulted by lathi and danda to the informant, causing injury to him and specific allegation against co-accused who assaulted by Gandasa to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner no.1 is full brother of the informant and dispute took place due to keeping of the Straw at their places. There was no intention behind the same. Though the injuries were found to

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., 14th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochahan P. S. Case No. 235 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
