Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 20.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 5953 of 2022 (Annexure 1 series).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Kundan Yadav, on whose confessional statement petitioner was made accused, has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 15.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 19681/2021 (Annexure 3 series). Petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
