In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 207 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 342, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the petitioner has caused gun shot injury to the father of the Informant.

There being direct allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
