Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 201, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against his petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Amit Kumar. During investigation also nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
