Patna High Court L.P.A No.1266 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 Bihar Cricket Association / Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, who submits that instructions have been received by him, even though the Vakalatnama has not yet been filed on record. We do not find any reason to interfere in this matter. The contentions raised have already taken note of by the learned Single Judge and if any election is scheduled in between, the same will be governed by the doctrine of lis pendens, for which no orders are required to be passed. This appeal is consigned to records.
