The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Marhowrash P.S.Case No.111 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken loan of Rs.01 lac from the North Bihar Gramin Bank but not returning the same.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is ready to pay back the amount if some reasonable time is granted to him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31017 of 2018 (3) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order along with Bank Draft of Rs.50,000/- payable in the name of North Bihar Gramin Bank, once it is deposited the learned court below shall release the petitioner to his own satisfaction and rest of the amount shall be payable in two equal installments in the first week of every month and once the whole amount is deposited, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed.
