2. This is the 2nd attempt on behalf of the petitioner for regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 81271 of 2023 on 05.03.2024.

4. The order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81271 of 2023 reads as follows:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74960 of 2024(3) dt.27-02-2025 2/2 Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.

168/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/447/324/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2023.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is the person who has cut the throat of a five years old girl.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for grant of bail is dismissed though other co-accused persons have been granted bail.

5. From the report of the Trial Court it appears that out of five witnesses, three witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no ground for bail is made out.

7. Accordingly, this application filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
