2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for extending the period for filing the representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur and thereby

Patna High Court MJC No.3382 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 modifying the order dated 16.04.2025 in C.W.J.C. No. 8527 of 2017 passed by this Court whereby the Petitioners have been granted liberty to approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur within a period of next four weeks and in case such steps is taken, the Respondent authority is directed to arrive at a logical conclusion preferably within a period of one year.

3. For the reasons assigned in paras-5 and 6, the period is extended by further four weeks from today subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. The MJC No. 3382 of 2025 is disposed of.
