The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case no. 1532C/2017 registered for the offence under Sections147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 452 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity and land dispute. It is submitted that dispute arose between the parties due to construction of house over disputed land. As a result of which marpeet has taken place between the parties. It is further submitted that no case of 354 and 354B has been made out against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
