The petitioners is apprehending his arrest in connection with Forest Case No.25F/2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 2, 33, 41 and 42 of Indian Forest Act and under Sections 2, 27, 29 and 31 of Wildlife Animal Protection Act. Prosecution case is that the Forester, Manpur, received confidential information that forest produce is to be cut and carried away from Jamunia Forest and on this information he proceeded towards the forest and found a Tralier loaded with Sisham logs and on enquiry it came to light that the said trailer belongs to one co-accused Sk.Bullet who disclosed the name of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33093 of 2018 (2) dt.06-06-2018 2/2 petitioners and others as the purchases of the said woods. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have been made accused in this case only on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Sk.Bullet and except that there is nothing against the petitioners so as to show their involvement in the present occurrence and also no recovery has been made from the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Forest Case No.25F/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
