The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 52663 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No.72429, which is evident from Annexures-2 and 3, and the case of this petitioner stands of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65049 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 26.07.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016.
