The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that his daughter has been killed by the in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and disposed of the dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of the deceased.

No.63955 of 2019(3) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
