The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2019 in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that he has one other case in which he is on bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
