The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018 registered under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) and 67 of the I.T. Act, 2000.

Considering the allegation that the accused named in the FIR forcibly committed rape upon the victim and also made a video recording of the incident and thereafter blackmailed her and made the video viral and in course of investigation she identified the photograph of the petitioner as the person, who had raped her and also made a video recording of the entire

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69535 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 incident, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The application for grant of bail is rejected.
