JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioners are Bhaisur and Mother-in-law of the deceased. They resides separately from the husband of the deceased. Further, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52327 of 2017. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.50831 of 2017(3) dt.08-12-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Vaishali in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
