2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 dated 02.08.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 79, 111, 141, 143, 145, 98, 296 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 13 and 14 of the POCSO Act and Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, and Section 16 of the Bonded Labour System(Abolition) Act, 1976.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that, at the same time on the same day of the alleged occurrence, the police party conducted raids at three places, and as per the prosecution, from the premises of the petitioner, the

No.73577 of 2025(3) dt.18-12-2025 2/3 petitioner's sister and another minor girl were recovered and the petitioner is simply alleged to run an orchestra group in which her minor sister and the said minor girl used to perform dances. Though the victims made some allegations regarding inappropriate touch by the viewers but it has not been alleged that the petitioner was involved in that act. It is further submitted that the petitioner has suffered a lot, having been languishing in jail since 03.08.2025, and the investigation against her has been completed. Moreover, one co-accused, Pinki Biswash, who was working as the manager of the petitioner's orchestra group, has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70086 of 2025.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that against the petitioner there is serious allegation as two minor girls were physically and sexually exploited by the petitioner's orchestra group.
5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner's custody period, completion of investigation against her and her fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to release her on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73577 of 2025(3) dt.18-12-2025 3/3 bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025.
