Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.24 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 188, 283, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is nothing specific against these petitioners. Petitioners are only alleged to be members of the mob. Petitioners are teachers of t he school in question and they had no role in the puja

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32223 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 organized by the students of the school. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sasaram, District- Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.24 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
