2. It transpires to this Court that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 30.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35477 of 2022 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail 9 months from today.

3. It transpires that the 9 months has already been lapsed and from the report, the present case is at the statement of section 313 of the Cr.P.C.

4. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present bail application at present and directs to the trial court to complete the trial within 2 months, if not

5. With the aforesaid observations, the bail application stands disposed off.
