JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Manjhi, District-Saran for the purposes of removal of encroachment made over Gairmajarua Aam Kabristan situated in village-Manjhi (Hassanali Bazar), Police Station-Manjhi, District-Saran appertaining to Survey Plot No. 3625, Khata No. 1927, having area of 17 khata 10 dhur.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner and the liberty so sought, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner herein to approach the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.21323 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Officer, Manjhi, District-Saran, who shall take appropriate action in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
