JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger vide order dated 15.04.2025 in Maintenance Case No. 57 of 2024 directed the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month as interim maintenance to his wife(opposite party no. 2) and to the minor children. Further a lump sum amount of Rs.40,000/- was directed to be paid as litigation cost.

02. Learned counsel further submits that subsequently, the petitioner has been terminated from his service vide order dated 18.05.2025 and this order was passed on the complaint of

Learned counsel further submits that as after dismissal, the petitioner was not in a position to make payment, he moved an application before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger on 18.06.2025 submitting the fact that he was not in a position to make payment of interim maintenance amount. Learned counsel further submits that the said application dated 18.06.2025 is still pending for adjudication before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger.

Since this application dated 18.06.2025 bringing on record the present status of the petitioner has still been pending, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger is directed to proceed in the matter and dispose of the petitioner filed on behalf of the petitioner. It is expected that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court will dispose of the petition dated 18.06.2025 filed by the petitioner within a reasonable time, preferably within a month of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the parties are present before it.

04. Till the parties appear before the learned trial court, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

05. Finding the present revision petition as premature, the present petition stands disposed of as such.
