JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.313 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant with a sharp cutting weapon, on refusal to obey the illegal dictate of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29710 of 2018 (2) dt.17-05-2018 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced any manner by this order.
