Petitioner by filing this petition seeks correction in the name of the father of the petitioner and for extension of period of his surrender in the court below.

It is submitted that due to inadvertence in the bail petition, the name of the father of the petitioner has been mentioned as Vaidhnath Sah in place of Jaleshwar Sah in the order dated 17.09.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.57404 of 2019 and, therefore, he could not surrender in the court below. Having considered the facts aforesaid, let the name of the father of the petitioner be corrected as Jaleshwar Sah in place of Vaidhnath Sah in the address of the petitioner. The period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for four weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67466 of 2019(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 from today.
