2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 190 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per allegation, the informant, having got a secret information, intercepted a motorcycle wherefrom 10 kg of ganja was recovered. The co-accused person disclosed his name as Sitaram Sah.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that 10 kg of ganja was recovered from co-accused and he has named this petitioner. The alleged ganja was though much more to the small quantity but lesser than commercial quantity. He has submitted further that co-accused, due to animosity with the petitioner, has implicated him in this case in his self-inculpatory statement. He has

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, which shall be disposed of without being prejudiced by this order.
