Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 18.07.2019 passed in CWJC No. 647 of 2019, the petitioner filed Miscellaneous Case No. 19 of 2019 before the Waqf Tribunal under Section 83 of the Waqf Act but till date, the Tribunal has not passed any order on the application.

3. The Waqf Tribunal is directed to dispose of the application/representation filed by the petitioner within a period
