2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Araria Town P.S. Case No. 288 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 of Bihar Examination and Conducting Act and Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of having impersonated in the examination.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners are in custody since 17.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of C.J.M., Araria/ concerned Court below in connection with Town P.S.
