Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted basil by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 30.09.2019 and 14.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64927 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Nos. 61195 of 2019 and 63167 of 2019 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid order. Let it be kept on record. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019.
