2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fulwariya P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons abused the informant. On objection being raised by informant, they assaulted her with sharpedged weapon on her head. When the informant's son came to save her, petitioners also assaulted him with iron rod on his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73168 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 that there is case and counter case. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and the injuries are simple in nature.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Begusarai in connection with Fulwariya P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
