JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 225 of 2017 dated 10.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. The petitioner and others are alleged to have made efforts to have one Wakil Paswan released from the captivity of the Police after he was arrested in connection with a case. The petitioner is wife of aforesaid Wakil Paswan. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some other accused persons having similar allegation have been granted anticipatory bail by the High Court.
